The problem

Stop buying technology that starts ageing the day it arrives.

Traditional device procurement creates an expensive and inefficient cycle. Businesses make large upfront investments, deploy inconsistent equipment over time, extend devices beyond their useful life, then scramble to replace them when performance or reliability becomes a problem.

  • Ageing, inconsistent equipment

Devices stretched well beyond their useful life create daily friction for users.

  • Unplanned replacement costs

Hardware failures trigger reactive spend that never lands in the budget cycle.

  • Security and compliance risk

Fragmented estates make it hard to enforce identity, patching and data controls.

  • Poor lifecycle visibility

Warranties, refresh dates and retired devices with business data go untracked.

The subscription

One monthly subscription. The right device for every role.

We help you define a standard catalogue of approved devices based on how your people actually work. Each device is supplied for an agreed term, prepared, secured and delivered ready for use. At the end of its lifecycle, it is refreshed or retired through a controlled process.

  • Predictable monthly pricing

Convert irregular hardware purchases into a clear, manageable monthly operating expense.

  • Fit-for-purpose technology

Match device specifications to different roles, workloads and working environments.

  • Standardised devices

Reduce complexity through an approved catalogue of business-grade technology.

  • Lifecycle management

Track device age, warranty status, condition and planned replacement dates.

  • Secure deployment

Devices are configured with approved security, identity and management policies before reaching the user.

  • Planned refresh

Replace ageing equipment before it becomes a productivity, reliability or security problem.

Lifecycle scope

A finance agreement pays for a device. We manage the outcome that device is meant to deliver.

A productive, secure and properly equipped employee. Depending on the selected subscription and service configuration, the lifecycle can include:

  • Device strategy and standardisation
  • Hardware sourcing and procurement
  • Role-based device specifications
  • Asset registration and reporting
  • Device staging and configuration
  • Microsoft Intune enrolment
  • Security-policy deployment
  • Application installation
  • User-ready delivery
  • Warranty administration
  • Device monitoring and maintenance
  • Support and incident coordination
  • Repair or replacement management
  • Scheduled technology refresh
  • Secure data removal
  • Responsible end-of-life processing
Device profiles

Workplace technology built around your people.

A mobile executive, finance professional, designer and frontline worker have very different requirements. We create a standard device catalogue for the roles across your organisation, and the subscription can also cover approved monitors, docking stations and peripherals.

  • Essential

Reliable, secure devices for everyday productivity, communication and cloud applications.

  • Professional

Higher-performance devices for power users, multitasking and more demanding business applications.

  • Mobile

Lightweight devices designed for executives, consultants, sales teams and hybrid workers.

  • Specialist

Purpose-selected workstations for engineering, design, data, development and other intensive workloads.

How it works

Six stages, one accountable partner.

  • Assess

Review the current estate, user roles, replacement needs, security standards and budget.

  • Standardise

Define an approved catalogue of device profiles for the different roles in your business.

  • Subscribe

Supply devices through a monthly subscription based on specification, quantity, term and services.

  • Deploy

Prepare, configure and deliver devices according to the agreed onboarding process.

  • Manage

Maintain visibility of the estate, warranties, support requirements and refresh schedule.

  • Refresh

Replace or retire devices through a planned and controlled end-of-life process.

Employee moments

Workplace technology should move at the same speed as your organisation.

  • New starters

The right equipment, configured and ready for their first day.

  • Role changes

Adjust device specifications when responsibilities or workload change.

  • Growth

Add devices as teams expand without restarting a capital-procurement process.

  • Departures

Recover, secure, reassign or retire devices through a controlled offboarding process.

  • Refreshes

Replace ageing technology on a planned lifecycle rather than waiting for failure.

Business case

Technology should enable growth while someone else runs the asset register.

  • Preserve capital

Avoid tying up working capital in depreciating technology assets.

  • Improve forecasting

Replace unpredictable hardware purchases with a consistent monthly cost.

  • Reduce downtime

Modern, properly maintained devices are less likely to cause avoidable interruptions.

  • Strengthen security

Standardised, centrally managed devices make security controls easier to enforce.

  • Improve employee experience

Give people reliable technology that supports their work instead of slowing it down.

  • Reduce operational burden

Remove the administrative effort of sourcing, tracking and replacing devices across suppliers.

  • Sustainable refresh

A controlled approach to reuse, secure retirement and responsible end-of-life processing.
